How to Register:
1.
Organize at least 14 players (including at least one goalie) to form your team. All players on your team must have at least 1 year of Varsity experience OR should be expected to play on Varsity during the 2012 season. You are encouraged to contact other schools to combine teams if you know that you will not have enough players to complete a full roster. If you want to include more than 18 players—please print out a second TEAM ROSTER.
2.Submit TEAM ROSTER, PLAYER REGISTRATION FORMS, and $75.00 registration fee per player (checks made payable to FHCSJ) NO LATER THAN April 16, 2012. The league will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
3.PLEASE DO NOT STAPLE CHECKS TO REGISTRATION FORMS!
